Job Description for Business Development Manager:

We are looking for a self-starter having excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of marketing, client interaction and sales planning for GoPhygital, a technology focused company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prospecting new clients (brands, SMEs, consumer businesses, agencies etc) by lead generation via cold calling, cold emailing, pre-planned meetings, networking etc.
• Retaining existing accounts by presenting on call new solutions and services to brands.
• Co-ordination with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical team internally to transition the lead generated for further discussions and meetings.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written for client interaction.
• Good Internet knowledge & other computer skills like MS office especially excel and word.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Self-motivation with ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to forge long lasting professional relationships with business professionals.
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in management / marketing.
• Background check and reference checks required upon hiring before a formal offer is made.
